P.S.: Says a lot, when the 2-strokes of the era were more reliable than the up to 94-95 LC4s...
P.P.S.: At least, when you were smart, you bought them pre-broken and then started fixing them up. The trick was to buy 2 or 3 as a bundle and then sell the other ones one and trade your way up the model range towards the 640ies, which when treated right actually were mostly reliable. (And boring because of balancer shafts and actually working electrics with batteries...)
