My new scruffy black vehicle project

Is a van. A LWB VW transporter T5. It was very cheap due to the massive scratching on both sides, the scrapes on all 4 corners, and the cracked windscreen.
Its got the 2.5 5cyl engine which was also used in the bigger VW crafter and Merc sprinter vans. Its pretty fast.

My plans are to build a folding bed so that it can be lifted out of the way to get bikes in the back. It will also have an interior heater and sufficient leisure batteries to power a fridge and a microwave.

It used to be a minibus so it's already partway to being converted.

I'll use it for camping trips in the wilderness and music festivals. It is my current project, pity it doesn't fit into my garage.

either needs to be jacked up with big wide handlebars and a new seat..... or......a plastic skeleton
