Nice!
I've got a 2 wheel steer recumbent racer. But that's a tricycle. And human powered.

Cool, I bet it's pretty good to ride that over there- I wouldn't fancy it over here so much when you have to mix with 4 wheeled traffic being so low to the ground.

It's a giant, bright red buttplug on wheels, so not really worried about visibility. ;-)

Never thought I'd ask this but got any pics of your giant red buttplug?

Did I scare you with the pic of my human powered speedmachine? ;-)

No, sorry- I only just saw your post.
Looks very efficient, I'd love to try such a thing- if only the UK was as cycle-friendly as the Netherlands.
I've watched lots of Youtube vids on these, maybe we'll see more of this sort of thing (probably with cheating electric motors) in the near future with dinosaur juice being phased out- I hope so 'cos it does make sense.
What sort of distances do you use it for?
Is it a hobby machine or do you use it for commuting, etc?

Re: 2 wheel steer recumbent racer.
My commute is only 3km across town, and in town a velomobile is shite.
So I use it purely for hobby. My goal for this year is to do a 200~250km tour. Bought it last octobre, so I didn't do very long tours in it.
As for efficiency, I can keep the pace at about 40km/h. Start-stop traffic is not so nice, it weighs about 30kg and takes some effort to get to 40km/h.
But I do really enjoy riding (driving?) it!
But I like allmost all bikes, with or without an engine.
