Re: EsoX loves these...
I have seen one of those FFE before and it did give me a few perverted ideas for my own creation, the one i saw was at the Sammy Miller museum down my way.
It`s about time i had another visit - have you ever been?
How did you happen across that particular bike pic?
The classic bikes they have there have some fantastically wacky designs, and if you ever think the japs have come up with something new the Brits probably did it 70 years ago!
Can`t see why this front-end never caught on though, it be perfect on a 200mph ZHGRXH2 1400 hyper sport...
Failed to get a pic of the whole bike, tho...
Front wheel drive Maico?
CX-periment? It`s all been done before...

I found the FN pic on facebook.
Yes, for sure there are very few new ideas and yes most most things were done in the early days before we got to hear about them.

No I've not been to Sammy Millers, why don't you organise a doo to visit it?
I'd be up for it.
Similarly I'd like to visit the David Silver museum, I'll organise that if you fancy it?

sammer millers is on my to do list, National motorcycle museum in Bham is alright for a wander around if you interested in brits.
does anyone know if theres a japanese makes museum? I think a museum of the big 4 from the 50s to the 90s or so would be awesome. Kwak w1s, fizzies, cb100s, cb740/4s, gs1000s, FZRs and vmaxes, gsxr750KK, OWO1 etc

The only Jap museum I'm aware of is David Silvers which is purely Honda of course, there might be a couple of smaller private collections on display somewhere- worth asking on faceboook maybe.

I`ll search for a suitable pub with a camping field - or any field come to that, but it`s the same as trying to find a field to fly from round here, landowners always seem to be less than keen. When would you be thinkin` of doing it?

How about spring, May possibly- before the R&S?
Even a campsite that allows fires would be good, doesn't have to be a rowdy one.
