I showed her your BO Crouch lookout post and she likes it, surprisingly she was not aware of that one.
Thanks for the stopover offer, maybe we could combine the lookout post with another thing on her hitlist - the Grain Tower Battery on the Isle of Sheppey and do a weekend tour of Kent and Essix.

We had a break from WW2 sites this weekend and went back much further than 1939, more like 140 million years.
Dinosaur footprints, flossils and Dancing Ledge on the Isle of Purbeck.
She walked back into Swanage from there, i had a snooze in the glorious early spring sun. Then went and picked her up on the bike when she finished her walk.

There's a degaussing station on Canvey Island which is a 20min ride from me if you're over this way, has she seen one of them?
It's a good place for an ice cream too.
